I am starting a blog to help motivate me with my insanity workout. I have about 4 weeks until i go on a cruise to the Caribbean. My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds in 4 weeks, of course more the better! My insanity should be arriving tomorrow. So, tomorrow will be the start of my 4 week journey. I am going to put pictures, my meals, and how the workouts are everyday! I can't wait to see the results! I believe in myself so i think i can do it!!
